Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. We request our customers to carefully review their order before completing the purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will assess the concern and provide an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions for Reporting Issues:

• The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear images/videos of the product and packaging must be provided for verification.
• Any tampered or partially consumed product will not be eligible for review.

2. Refunds Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

1. Non-Delivery of Order: If we fail to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical issues, you will be eligible for a full refund.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, and the issue is verified by our team, we may offer a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the case.

Refund Process:

• Customers must contact our support team via email or phone within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• In cases where a replacement is preferred over a refund, we will attempt to send a new product at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once processing begins, cancellations will not be entertained.
• If an order is canceled within the allowed time, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
